Join us for a night of yoga, dance, meditation, and magic with Caroline Aylward of Get a Helmet and Rachael Junard and Jaylee Momplaisir of You Good Sis. Our practice will be focused on gratitude, self love, empowerment, and breath.
Class will take place on your yoga mat, so make sure to bring one! There will also be a journaling component, so bring something to write on and with ( a few will provided as needed!)
We will begin the evening with breath work, then transition into some traditional yoga poses. Once we’ve warmed up, Caroline will add in dance. The practice will close with a guided meditation. Afterwards, we will have some sips + snacks for you - and a little Cauldron mingling time.
Plus - enjoy small batch fresh juices, smoothies, and chia waters by Beacon Blend. Their blends use the whole plant which keeps the fiber intact and gives the body maximum nutritional intake. By using the whole plant, they don’t discard the pulp and we don't waste food. This is good for you and good for the environment. Oh, happy day!
We will be giving away five tickets to this event free of charge. If you are interested in one of these tickets please email us at email@example.com. You Good Sis will also be raffling off two of their essential oil blends!
In addition to your yoga mat and a notebook, make sure to wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in. No shoes needed.
