Spend an evening with The Cauldron at a workshop led by Rayshauna Gray investigating ways to flourish in the face of Imposter Syndrome and collectively choose to live and work in healthier ways. This 90 minute workshop was designed to help you get to the root of how Imposter Syndrome manifests in your life.
In this experiential workshop, we will dive into the full spectrum of color's impact: the culture of color around the world, the magical properties of color, and how different hues make us feel in our environments. We will learn how to intuitively choose specific personalized hues to invoke intentions within our surroundings.
Creative work + wellness are not mutually exclusive. You should have tools to feel wild, free, and well, in whatever way you choose. And to harness these tools in ways that help you. Join us to hear some new voices, learn some new things, and meet some new folks. Oh and also shop rad local vendors with snacks in hand.
